I've been sculpting Puff Puff. I thought it's a good one to try because it has a simple shape. Since I want to try to get it a mold made, this one seems to work best for a mold. It also doesn't have that many color (easier to paint).
Sculpting this was so hard. I've never used super sculpey before, and the clay is much softer than what I'm used to. So when I push it, the other side would get mushed. So I'd fix the other side, and the original side would get mushed. ARgghhh~ In the end, it took a lot longer than it supposed to. And after I baked it, it cracked! Sob. But I filled the cracks up, so it should be okay for now.
I don't think I can get it done before comic con, but James and I are trying to figure out if we can do the whole process ourselves (making the mold, casting, and painting). If we are able to do so, then it might be done by comic con. I'm a perfectionist, so it will have to look absolutely perfect though.
